The Greer Group is hiring a Direct Hire Sales Representative for our Client located in Louisburg, NC. The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory or market. This individual will be delivering exceptional service and promoting our innovative foam products to customers in various industries. Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in target markets.Conduct research to identify potential leads and customers in alignment with business goals.Establish relationships with existing customers.Strategic Sales PlanningDevelop and execute detailed sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.Set and track measurable goals for sales growth, focusing on both short-term and long-term objectives.Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, product development and logistics, to ensure seamless customer service.Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the sales strategies.Pipeline ManagementBuild and maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects, ensuring regular follow-ups and relationship building.Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to management.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).5 years' experience in outside sales.Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the foam, manufacturing, or materials industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsResults-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.Technical aptitude to understand and explain product specifications and applications.Self-motivated and capable of working independently.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to analyze sales data and prepare detailed reports.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory or market.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionLife insurance401 K w/match
