Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking efforts to expand the client base.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth in the assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional service to maintain and grow accounts.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the value and applications of our cutting tools and related industrial products.
  • Achieve and exceed established sales goals and quotas for territory development.
  • Track and document customer cost savings to showcase the impact of our solutions.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven success in B2B cold calling and sales, with a strong ability to close deals.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing effective territory sales strategies.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Self-driven and able to work autonomously, consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Familiarity with cutting tools and/or CNC programming is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in tracking sales activities and customer data.
