If so, we would like to talk to you about joining our growing Resident Services team as we offer a new position, Overnight Front desk and Community Safety and Front Desk. This position works to maintain a quiet and safe environment for our guests, residents, and team members. You will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, have excellent customer service skills, and be a resource for all persons. We are a 24-hour-a-day, 7-day-a-week operating community. We currently have available a Full-time overnight position. Overnight ShiftThursday, Friday, Saturday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm $19.00 - $22.00 per hour *Wage depends on experience Your responsibilities in this role will include:

• Manage front desk reception area, answer phones, deliver new papers, hang flyers etc...
• Respond to pull cord notifications and call 911 when needed.
• Performs security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicles.
• Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
• Provides assistance to residents, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Investigate and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
• Clean (light) Lobby, and Dining areas
• Maintains thorough familiarity with the community safety procedures with the ability to act in a supervisor capacity during an emergency.

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous military, Loss prevention, or security experience preferred
• Have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED Certification
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, employees, and visitors
• Must have the ability to operate radio or telephone equipment Basic computer skills
• Must have effective oral and written communication skills
• Must have active listening skills
• Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
• Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to perform the major activity: Walking, standing, speaking, listening, and observing
• Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance
