Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Front Office team as a Night Audit at Hyatt Regency Houston located in downtown! As a Night Audit, you will play a pivotal role in creating an outstanding guest experience. This highly visible position involves:

• Overseeing the night audit process, including balancing financial records and ensuring operational accuracy.
• Assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs, processing payments, and providing excellent service.
• Communicating hotel services, amenities, and promotions to guests.
• Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
