05th February, 2025Overnight Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) / Night Nanny - East Village Start Date: March 3rd, 2025Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights (preferred)Hours: 9:00 PM start | 10-hour shiftsCompensation: $35 per hourLocation: East Village, NYC Position Overview: A loving family in the East Village is seeking an experienced Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) or Night Nanny to provide overnight care for their 8-week-old baby. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with newborns, a strong understanding of infant sleep conditioning, and a gentle, nurturing approach. Responsibilities:

• Provide overnight care ensuring the baby is safe, comforted, and well-rested
• Assist with feeding, diaper changes, and soothing techniques throughout the night
• Support healthy sleep routines and developmentally appropriate schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized nursery and sanitize bottles/pump parts as needed
• Offer guidance and support to parents on infant care, sleep habits, and milestones

Qualifications:

• Experienced NCS, Night Nanny, or Postpartum Doula with newborn expertise
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Knowledgeable in newborn sleep conditioning and feeding support
• Gentle, patient, and professional with a calm and reassuring presence
