Overnight Security Patrol - Westerwood : Job Details

Westerwood is searching for an Overnight Security Gaurd to join our incredible team! We are looking to fill both a full-time and a part-time position, both will be scheduled 10pm-6am or 11pm-7am, to include weekdays and alternating weekends.

Job Duties: Perform security patrols of the community on foot or in a vehicle, focusing on the exterior of the community and acting as a visual deterrent against theft, vandalism and other crimes. Responds to emergency situations and security related incidents, observe and report, and most importantly, help ensure a safe environment for Westerwood residents, visitors and employees.

Qualifications: Two years of previous experience is preferred. Successful candidates must have a clean driving record, be a self-starter, have personal accountability, enjoy working with the senior population, and possess excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on customer service.
