Production Operator - Litchfield, MN - To operate the packaging room in a manner that ensures product safety, quality, and process efficiency utilizing applicable SOP's and cGMP's. Working Relationships: Packaging Operators will have regular communication with other Packaging Operators. This position reports to the Production Supervisor/ Lead. Packaging Operators must maintain a positive, safe, and professional work environment with all co-workers. Responsibilities and Duties:Knowledge of use of batch record, sampling and testing product. Must possess documentation accuracy. Knowledge of all equipment such as scales, sealer, rotap, conveyor belt, moisture analyzer. Knowledge of approved raw materials for use. Provide assistance in training new employees when you reach a qualified operator. Fill out maintenance work order request forms for packaging equipment when in need of repair.
