Packaging Administrator - Remington Seeds LLC : Job Details

Job Type Full-timeDescriptionDescriptionThe Packaging Administrator reports to the Location Manager and works closely with both the Plant Operations Manager and Packaging Supervisor to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the seed manufacturing process. They develop extensive knowledge of computer systems and utilize these systems to communicate accurate and timely information both internally and externally to our customers. Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to:• Generating process orders and accurately projecting completion dates for them• Work order creation in internal systems (RIC)• Setup and generation of all finished product labeling• Ensuring alignment between RIC and customer systems on all inventories - finished seed & supplies• Ensuring finished product inventories are entered in timely and accurately• Monitoring and maintaining printing equipment and packaging supply inventories• Assisting in other areas of the production facility as workload dictates• Ensuring a safe work environment and complying with all company safety policies• Able to lift and stack materials up to 68 pounds• Assisting with implementing and maintaining the Quality Management System• Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work areaRequirementsRequirements• Agricultural background is helpful but not required• Strong computer and data entry competency• Excellent communications skills with positive attitude• Attentive to detail and accuracy• Cooperative and willing to assist others• Well organizedBenefits• Company bonus program• Personal time off• Company holidays• Health, dental, and vision insurance• Medical and dependent care flexible spending accounts• Short and long-term disability• Company paid life insurance• 401(k) with company match
