Packaging Tech

• Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (weekends as needed)
• Location: Athens, GA
• Duration: 5 months (potential for long-term)

Job SummaryPerform labeling, inspecting, and packaging of vaccines. Operate packaging equipment to meet production targets and collaborate with teams to achieve goals.

Responsibilities:

• Operate equipment (e.g., labelers, forklifts, heat tunnels).
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Set up and troubleshoot equipment.
• Follow GMP guidelines and document processes.
• Prepare QA line clearances and maintain work areas.
• Cross-train for other roles and assist as needed.
• Communicate progress, issues, and inventory needs.
• Monitor processes and complete batch records.

Skills/Experience:

• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience (5+ years preferred).
• Detail-oriented with troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Able to lift 35 lbs, perform basic math, and use computers.
• Commitment to safety and HSE policies.

Education:

• High School Diploma required
