Pay is $24.00 per hourSign on bonus of $300 after 6 months and $300 after 9 months (attendance and probationary policies apply).*Hours for 1st Shift are 6:00am - 2:30 pm with overtime and weekends as requiredPaid Time Off in your first yearUp to a 5% 401K MatchGenerous benefits package on 1st dayEmployee Type:Full timeLocation:NY MedinaJob Type:Job Posting Title:Packaging Area ExpertJob Description:Line Operator: Operators will be primarily responsible for operating Grade 5 lines, but may be required to operate lines of all grades.Owns overall responsibility of the lineActs as the line leaderDirects the changeover processOffers direction to others working on the lineCompletes quality checks when operating production lines.Organize and coordinate activities on your line.Ensure proper placards are in place for production.Coordinate, direct and assist with change-overs.Monitor hourly line performanceEnsure your line is staffed properly.Verify that you have all the necessary material to run your lines.
