* Pay is $24.00 per hour * Sign on bonus of $300 after 6 months and $300 after 9 months (attendance and probationary policies apply). *Hours for 1st Shift are 6:00am - 2:30 pm with overtime and weekends as required * Paid Time Off in your first year * Up to a 5% 401K Match * Generous benefits package on 1st day Employee Type: Full time Location: NY Medina Job Type: Job Posting Title: Packaging Area Expert Job Description: Line Operator: Operators will be primarily responsible for operating Grade 5 lines, but may be required to operate lines of all grades.

• Owns overall responsibility of the line
  • Acts as the line leader
  • Directs the changeover process
  • Offers direction to others working on the line
• Completes quality checks when operating production lines.
• Organize and coordinate activities on your line.
• Ensure proper placards are in place for production.
• Coordinate, direct and assist with change-overs.
• Monitor hourly line performance
• Ensure your line is staffed properly.
• Verify that you have all the necessary material to run your lines. Materials include; mix, packaging supplies, and labels.
• Complete all required paperwork neatly, accurately, and completely.
• Other duties as assigned.
