Packaging Engineer - Discover International : Job Details

We are seeking a motivated Pharmaceutical Packaging Specialist with 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of data analysis, CGMP documentation, and Packaging Equipment Validation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior staff to support Packaging Equipment Commissioning, Qualification (C&Q), Characterization, and Validation projects.
• Gather user requirements and translate them into actionable technical documentation for execution by third-party vendors.
• Conduct engineering studies and assessments for packaging system installations, offering design recommendations to optimize existing systems.
• Perform field evaluations on the manufacturing floor, directly supporting packaging line operations.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Working Environment:

This role is primarily based on the manufacturing floor, directly supporting the packaging line in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
