RESUMEN:

Encuentre su futuro en Fastenal! Nuestro centro de distribucin est contratando personas enrgicas y orientadas al trabajo en equipo para trabajar en nuestro almacn de ritmo rpido. Trabajando como empaquetador a tiempo parcial, ayudar a facilitar el movimiento del producto por todo el centro de distribucin a las sucursales propiedad de la empresa. Empaquetar y cumplimentar pedidos a mano o a mquina. Su principal responsabilidad ser contar las piezas a mano o con una bscula, pesar el producto con precisin y sellar/embalar correctamente el producto para los clientes y las sucursales. RESPONSABILIDADES:

Las funciones y responsabilidades de este puesto incluyen, entre otras:

o Envasar los pedidos de los clientes a mano o a mquina

o Inspeccionar el producto para comprobar su calidad y precisin

o Utilizar una bscula para pesar el producto

o Mantener la limpieza/organizacin del rea de trabajo

o Cumplir las normas y expectativas en materia de salud, seguridad y sostenibilidad

o Participar en actividades y programas que ayuden a la empresa a alcanzar los objetivos de salud, seguridad y sostenibilidad

o Aprender, aprobar y practicar diversas formaciones sobre salud y seguridad medioambiental

CUALIFICACIONES REQUERIDAS PARA EL PUESTO:

o Se requieren las siguientes habilidades y cualificaciones para este puesto:

o Dominio de la comunicacin escrita y oral

o Alta motivacin, autodireccin y orientacin al servicio al cliente

o Demostrar una gran aptitud matemtica, atencin al detalle y sentido de la urgencia

o Aprender y realizar mltiples tareas en un entorno de ritmo rpido

o Trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo

o Estar dispuesto a trabajar en un horario flexible / tiempo extra segn sea necesario

o Demostrar nuestros valores fundamentales de ambicin, innovacin, integridad y trabajo en equipo

o Levantar, deslizar, transportar y bajar paquetes que normalmente pesan 25lbs-50lbs y pueden pesar hasta 100lbs

SO001 Single Customer Store

Full-time Shift(s): MON TUE WED THU FRI 7:30am - 5:30pm

OVERVIEW:

Find your future at Fastenal! Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Full-time Packaging, you will help facilitate the movement of product throughout the distribution center to company owned branches. You will package and fulfill orders by hand or by machine. Counting parts by hand or using a scale, weighing product for accuracy and properly sealing/packing product for customers and branches will be your main responsibility. Fastenal Company is committed to environmental protection and to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at Ave. Alejandria, Nogales, SON 84094.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

o Packaging customer orders by hand or machine

o Inspecting product for quality and accuracy

o Using a scale for weighing product

o Maintain the cleanliness/organization of work area

o Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations

o Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives

o Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

o Proficient written and oral communication skills

o Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented

o Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency

o Willingness to perform repetitive tasks over long periods of time

o Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

o Work independently as well as in a team environment

o Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed

o Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
