Job Position: Packaging Job Type: Full-Time Location: Mitchell, SD 57301 Pay Rate: $16.00/hr. Job Summary: Days Vary | Hours Vary Description: We are seeking a skilled Gluer Operator to join our team. As a Gluer Operator, you will have overall responsibility for product outcomes and ensuring the production process runs smoothly. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will be key in meeting production targets and achieving high-quality finished products. Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain gluing machines to ensure smooth production process
• Set up and calibrate gluing equipment according to product specifications
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve the desired glue coverage and adhesion
• Inspect finished products for quality and make necessary adjustments as needed
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met
• Maintain accurate records of production data, including product quantities, machine maintenance, and quality control checks

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating gluing machines in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
• Flexibility to work different shifts, as needed
