Packaging Laborer - Mendocino Forest Products Company : Job Details

Perform a wide variety of jobs and duties as assigned, with a high level of proficiency and accuracy. Lumber piece pulls. Banding. Lumber track use. Forklift. Cleanup. Barcoding. Relief machine operator. Lumber Wrapline. Lumber treater helper. Inventory/cycle counts. Work in various departments as needed. Willingness to work weekends and off shift dependent on market conditions Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Minimum three years related experience and/or training; preferred. Ability to train to obtain forklift certification. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and understand instructions and memos. Ability to write simple sentences. Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
