What you'll do as: Packaging Lead

- Ensure product meets food safety and quality specifications

- Rotate line workers

- Understand and perform variety change overs

- Set up tray line for different product runs

- Perform quality checks to ensure product meets specifications

The preferred candidate might:

- Experience in food safety and quality control

- Leadership experience in a manufacturing setting

- Experience with metal detectors and quality checks
