Packaging Operator - Post Holdings : Job Details

Packaging Operator Starting rate: $25.11 per hour The Post Consumer Brands facility in Lawrence, KS operates on a 24/7 production schedule. Team members will work: 12-hour shifts, either 6 am - 6 pm or 6 pm - 6 am (shifts do NOT rotate!) Work 3 days one week and 4 days the next week (either Tuesday - Thursday or Saturday - Monday with alternating Fridays) Shift premiums up to $1.50 per hour Responsibilities In the Packaging Operator role, you will: Operate and maintain packaging equipment to optimize efficiency and to reduce/eliminate downtime Perform reliablity tests on equipment such as metal detectors and scales for food safety and quality assurance Perform accurate, timely collection of data and product samples Maintain a clean, sanitary and orderly work area to ensure employee and food safety Qualifications Possess a high school diploma or a GED Ability to comply with a strict attendance policy Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Ability and willingness to communic...Packaging Operator, Operator, Packaging, Manufacturing
