Under limited supervision, performs various duties in the on the packaging line and across the plant. The duties may vary by day and hour, may vary based on assignment. Essential Job Functions. Ensure food safety and quality. Operate mill and package materials. Clean and refill dust collectors. Wash and sanitize floors, dryers and all production equipment. Help on dryer startup. Assemble hammer mills. Setup and tear down of production equipment. Assemble tape machine and scales. Move ingredients to and from warehouse. Accurate documentation of daily production. Dump totes into mills. Collect samples for quality testing. Work toward the goals and expectations of the plant and this position. Qualifications.
