Warehouse Packers play a pivotal role in ensuring all orders are kitted and or packed with high accuracy to speed up the timeliness of our deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction with both products and packing. What youll do: - Conduct routine and non-routine audits of the distribution centers processes, procedures, and products. - Review incoming and outgoing shipments to verify compliance with quality standards and specifications. - Analyze audit results and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address non-conformances. - Document audit findings, maintain records, and prepare detailed reports for management. - Work closely with Quality Engineers, ELC staff, and suppliers to ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly. - Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives related to quality control. - Participate in training programs to educate staff on quality standards and procedures. - Ensure adherence to Quality standards and othe...Continuous Improvement, Packer, 1st Shift, Manufacturing
