Job Title: PackerJob DescriptionAs a Packer, you will be responsible for all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, inventory control, mailing, processing return items, cleaning equipment, warehouse housekeeping, and transferring supplies. You must be able to take ownership of tasks and complete them independently while maintaining HIPAA/patient confidentiality. Compliance with laws, regulations, and policies is essential and a condition of employment.ResponsibilitiesReceive, stock, and manage inventory controlProcess return items and mail packagesClean equipment and maintain warehouse housekeepingTransfer supplies within the warehouseStand for long periods and be mechanically inclinedOperate computers and switch between different jobs dailyLift and pack products weighing 5-10 lbs into boxes repetitively throughout the shiftLift at least 50 pounds and perform tasks involving bending, reaching, and liftingPackage approximately 300 packages per shiftUse RF scanner, pallet jack, and forkliftPick and pack orders, load and unload materials, label products, and handle materialsEssential SkillsExperience in packing, production, and warehouse operationsAbility to stand for entire shifts and lift at least 50 poundsMechanically inclined and computer literateProficiency in using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forkliftsAbility to switch work areas daily based on order requirementsAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience in pick, pack, and load operationsKnowledge of order picking, stacking, unloading, and material handlingWhy Work Here?The organization offers ample opportunities for growth within the company.
