Job Title: Packer

Job Description

Weigh and inspect final products. Count and pack materials. Document material as it comes off the line. Use a computer for data entry. Write neatly when dealing with reports. Fill out FDA-required paperwork. Pass a basic math test (there is a lot of counting in this position). Maintain good hygiene due to working with controlled substances in a small clean room. Conduct 'burst' quality checks on packaging to ensure there are no defects. Work hours are 4pm-12:30am M-F and every other Saturday. Must be willing to work overtime.

Work Environment

Bring an extra pair of shoes for the clean room work. Wear hair nets and lab coats. The company is a manufacturer and distributor of controlled substances. They are monitored and regulated by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and DEA. It is a CLEAN ROOM environment, meaning anyone working in the facility has to wear hair nets, gloves, lab coats, etc.
