Job Title: Packer - Displays DepartmentJob DescriptionWe are a distribution and logistics company specializing in non-perishable food items, serving customers across the U.S. and neighboring countries. We are seeking four packers for our Displays Department on the 2nd shift. As a packer, you will be responsible for palletizing various food products including peanut butter, spam, peanuts, bacon bits, and other canned goods.ResponsibilitiesPalletize different food products such as peanut butter, spam, peanuts, bacon bits, and other canned goods.Use packaging machines on a daily basis.Lift and handle products weighing between 45-60 lbs.Operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, and perform picking, unloading, stacking, labeling, and palletizing tasks.Conduct quality checks on products before shipment.Ensure products are correctly packed on pallets.Maintain warehouse inventory.Essential SkillsAt least 6 months of recent experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.Basic math skills for ensuring correct packing.Experience with shipping, receiving, packing, and general labor tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with packaging machines.Familiarity with RF scanners and pallet jacks.Why Work HereWe offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
