Page Designer - Lotus Media Group, Llc : Job Details

Lotus Media is hiring for a Page Designer for its award-winning newspaper The News-Review.

The ideal candidate should have the following qualification:

- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign and PhotoShop.

- Work efficiently on deadline, while also planning long-range projects.

- Able to execute ideas for content in an interesting, fair and accurate manner.

- Collaborate with newsroom staff.

- Adhere to the company code of ethics.

- Some knowledge of grammar, spelling and editing.

- Prior newspaper experience preferred, but not required.

The News-Review is a locally owned newspaper that is printed on site in Roseburg. Our design department has won several awards for incorporating traditional newspaper layout and modern elements to create a visually interesting product.

This is a full-time in-office position.
