The role involves optimizing campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and performance metrics. Digital marketing efforts will be focused on increasing site traffic through strategic ad optimization.Collaborate on lead generation initiatives, leverage various web analytics tools to monitor performance, and manage keyword audits and bid optimizations. The project aims to boost brand visibility and marketing-driven pipeline capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesJob Details: Paid Advertising, Pay-per-Click (PPC), Organic Social Media, Social Media, Strategy, Google Paid Ads, Meta Ads, Keyword Analysis, Google Analytics 4, Digital Media, Web TrendsSkills and Qualifications
  • Launch and optimize digital ads for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Obsess data to continually optimize identify insights and drive performance
  • Conduct bid adjustments, keyword optimizations, and traffic pruning for digital traffic
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing ROI using tools like Google Analytics
  • Onboard digital lead sources, manage keyword audits, and execute campaign tests
  • Develop creative strategies and mockups for ad creativesRequired Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years of digital marketing and communications experience
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and AdWords
  • Knowledge of PPC, Paid Social, and Digital Media buying
  • Experience marketing product/service or home improvement brands
  • Strong project management, creative, and communication skills
  • Developing creative briefs and optimizing creative
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online media knowledgeBonus Qualifications
  • Home improvement and/or lead generation experience
