Our client is a full-service digital agency looking for a Paid Media Manager to join their team! In this role you will work with retail and ecommerce brands overseeing campaigns across various channels and ensuring the successful execution of all digital marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, search, display, email, etc.) • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and goals are met and exceeded • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and implement innovative digital marketing strategies • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Continuously refine and improve internal processes to drive team efficiency and performance • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Requirements • Agency experience highly preferred • Solid background in digital marketing in multiple channels (e.g., social media, search, display, email, etc.) • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow high-performing digital marketing teams • Exceptional client relationship management, communication, and people management skills • Strong strategic and analytical thinking, with attention to detail • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc. • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
