Position Overview
A Paid Media Specialist is responsible for day-to-day management of multiple digital marketing campaigns. This position reports to the Head of Digital Marketing and will work with the paid media team to execute paid search, display and social advertising strategies for our clients. This position will be expected to build out new paid media campaigns from the ground-up, as well as improve the efficiency and conversions for Max Velocity's clients.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid media campaigns
- Clearly define any visuals needed from the design team
- Become certified in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Meta advertising
- Have the versatility to learn other platforms as needed
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
- Participate in client meetings when appropriate
- Provide analysis of campaign performance to drive strategic decisions from campaign team
- Identify optimization opportunities and document adjustments to provide clarity to work being done
- Manage A/B testing for campaigns and provide recommendations and insights into performance
- Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives
- Help to create and improve processes for the Paid Media department
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-2 Years Of Experience In Media Trading (Meta, Google Ads, Programmatic Preferred)
- Must be able to meet deadlines quickly & effectively
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Command of the English language
Day to Day Responsibilities
Paid Media Operations
- Create and manage Paid Media processes and scheduled tasks
- Maintain and regularly improve Paid Media process to ensure best-practices
- Regularly engage in Paid Media education to improve services offered
- Properly utilize project management software for all Paid Media tasks
Paid Media Execution
- Ensure quality work is delivered on-time for all campaigns
- Execute all regular scheduled Paid Media tasks for all campaigns
- Execute timely and effective on-boarding for all Paid Media campaigns
- Conduct keyword research
- Collaborate with designer on campaign messaging and strategy
- Collaborate with campaign managers to develop strategy and communicate campaign progress
- Creation and management of Paid Media clients
- Work with campaign strategist to develop cohesive
- Create regular reports for all campaigns campaigns
- Be on client strategy calls when needed
Tasks include but are not limited to
- Keyword research
- Creation of campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and ads in Google Ads
- Daily adjustments to the campaigns
- A/B Testing Management
- Creation of Facebook campaigns
- Implementation for Strategies Driven by the Director of Digital Marketing
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
