Your role will be crucial in bringing our projects to life, ensuring every detail is flawless and durable. Key Responsibilities Artistic Finishing: Execute precise touch-ups of paint and finish on millwork projects, ensuring a seamless and high-quality result. Creative Techniques: Apply a variety of finishing techniques and paint types to achieve the desired aesthetic. Attention to Detail: Maintain an eye for detail to ensure every piece meets our high standards. Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with our design team to bring creative visions to reality. Versatile Tasks: Assist in labor tasks associated with the creation of finished products. Including prep work, sanding, and other roles where needed in the shop.
