Apply primers, topcoats, and specialty coatings using spray guns and other equipment. Inspect painted surfaces for quality, addressing defects such as runs, sags, or inconsistencies. Mix paints and other materials to match colors and achieve the desired consistency. Maintain and clean painting tools and equipment regularly for optimal performance. Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials. Document work processes, materials used, and time spent on each project. Collaborate with team members to align painting tasks with production schedules and standards. Ensure compliance with NADCAP standards, including maintaining accurate reports and certifications.
