Essential Functions: Responsibilities of the Painter include but are not limited to the following:

• Prep area, sand , scrape, prime and complete topcoat.
• Maintain supply inventory: paint, brushes, rollers, etc.
• Tape and spackle dry wall.
• Maintain paint shop in a clean, organized and safe environment.
• Additional job duties include general grounds maintenance, barn maintenance and building event set-ups.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with all types of paints including latex, water base, epoxy floor and oil base paints.
• Ability to climb ladder and work on a lift.
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to get a NYS Gaming Commission License
