Overview Performs painting, wallpaper and decorating maintenance functions to buildings and equipment within Carle facilities. Qualifications EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS None Required CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS Driver's License upon hire. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Three (3) years Painter SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Ability to use spray equipment to do drywall taping and finishing; ability to do wood refinishing, to mix and match colors and stains, and speciality painting, as well as to work from blueprints and follow written and verbal instructions. Also ability to hang and/or repair wallpaper. Responsibilities

  • Assists in the coordination and execution of minor remodeling projects.
  • Completes paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Conduct daily rounds in areas assigned.
  • Maintains equipment in safe and efficient working condition.
  • Performs a variety of basic and routine maintenance tasks.
