Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Industrial Production Touch-Up Painter to join our team for a full-time position on the 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in touch-up painting and be required to pass a fit test for safety compliance. In this role, you will ensure that all painted surfaces meet our high standards of quality and finish, contributing to the overall excellence of our production process.Pay: $28.75/hrSchedule: 2nd Shift 3:00pm - 1:30 am Key Responsibilities:
- Perform touch-up painting on various surfaces to achieve a flawless and professional finish.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, including successfully completing fit tests for safety compliance.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial painting.
- Strong knowledge of paint types, application techniques, and appropriate tools for touch-up work.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
