Painter - The Rmr Group : Job Details

As a Painter specializing in multifamily communities, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint and finishes using various equipment, and performing sheetrock repairs and installations. Your duties will include washing, scraping, sanding, priming surfaces, mixing and matching paint colors, and ensuring high-quality workmanship. You will also maintain a clean work area, follow safety protocols, and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to deliver excellent results. Responsibilities The activities listed below are not all inclusive; however, they are indicative of the type of activities normally performed in this role. Other duties may be assigned.
