Painter/Loader - BEHLEN MFG : Job Details

JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for operating painting systems for structural steel as well as loading it. RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up, operate, and maintain spray paint guns. Safely operate overhead crane and/or forklifts to move materials. Responsible for the quality and quantity of the finished product. Record materials placed on trucks for shipment. Clean rust and other debris from steel beams and columns. Creates and maintains a working team environment. Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping. Responsible for any other tasks assigned by Team Leader, as required. Practice safe working habits and follow safety policy, procedures, and job safety analysis (JSA). Ability to work towards continuous improvement of product quality. REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to safely operate material handling equipment. Must be able to pass respiratory clearance testing, if necessary. Good communication skills.
