Position Description:The Paintless Dent Repair Technician performs PDR, also known as Paintless Dent Repair or Paintless Dent Removal, is the method used to repair hail damage, door dings, body creases, and minor dents on a vehicle. As its name suggests, PDR does not involve any paint or fillers. Compared to standard dent repair, paintless dent repair restores a vehicle to like-new conditionESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform PDR on vehicles at dealership lots.
- Perform PDR repairs for retail service customers.
- Inspect vehicles on dealership lots for PDR repairs.
- Perform other duties as assigned, willing to learn new skills.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
- Reports to Collision Center Director
- Assess the extent of damage on vehicles and determine the most effective method for dent removal.
- Ensure that all repair work meets the highest quality standards and that the finished product is showroom-ready.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper storage and care of tools and equipment.
- Interact with customers and dealership staff in a professional and courteous manner, explaining the repair process and providing estimates as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in paintless dent repair techniques.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain compliance with environmental regulations.
- Works effectively with all other personnel.
- Other tasks as assigned.

Education/Requirements:
- High school or equivalent High School Diploma or GED Required
- Previous experience as a Paintless Dent Repair Technician is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using paintless dent repair tools and techniques.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality results.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and keep a tidy workspace.
- Willingness to collaborate with other team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
- Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required to move vehicles within the dealership
