Set up and maintain the production line for safe palletizing, labeling, and stretch wrapping of doors. Performs general manual labor tasks including wrapping, lifting, and moving materials. Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. What you will do: Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Keep palletizer stocked with empty pallets to permit non-stop operation of the palletizer. Build pallet using Pneumatic staple gun and cardboard wrap. Palletize prefinished door onto correct pallet according to store number, ensuring door(s) are properly secured to pallet. Report any product/packaging issues. Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
