Palletizer Operator II - First shift - Michael Foods Group : Job Details

Adhere to safety policies such as LOTO, PPE, PIT and Assumes personal responsibility to insure safe and healthy workplace for everyone. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and incorporate safety and health in all jobs and tasks. Always ensures regulatory compliance. Adhere to safety policies such as LOTO, PPE, PIT and Housekeeping Operate the robotic palletizing machines ensuring cases are properly stacked according to product SKU and line. Ensure all full pallets are indexed and wrapped with plastic. Enter data into the SAP system. Maintain frequent communication with leads and/or supervisor. Keep empty pallets, slip sheets and other necessary supplies on hand for the job. Perform preventive maintenance on the equipment as needed. Determine if product meets proper specifications or not and take corrective action as needed. Stack cases of product manually as needed. Maintain cleanliness and general good housekeeping of the palletizing area, keeping all debris and dirt swept up...Operator, Palletizer, Manufacturing, Education, Equipment
