Job Description :
We are currently seeking a Palletizer / Wrapper to work from our manufacturing facility located in Kings Mountain, NC. The Palletizer will be responsible for efficient operation of the robotic palletizing equipment and maintaining accurate documentation. This position is scheduled to work Mon-Thursday: 10:00 PM - 06:30 AMKey Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to established safety standards and proactively communicating and addressing issues required to maintain a zero accident culture.
  • Complete and adjust required programming for new product specifications or adjustments.
  • Read, interpret, and communicate production schedules.
  • Scan and enter data related to pallet completion into data collection system.
  • Manually enter data onto pallet tracking log
  • Complete all production and data entry functions in accordance with established quality and safety standards.
  • Move pallets from production to warehouse.
  • Confirm labeling and bar code information is correct as required.
  • Ensure work area, machinery and other equipment are kept clean and well maintained.
  • Cover for other Operators and Co-workers as required during absences.
  • Providing suggestions on continuous improvement opportunities
  • Monitor product and packaging quality and respond to issues as required
  • Maintain a positive teamwork attitude and integrity.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Must follow all personal and food safety rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Must be able to stand majority of shift.
  • Must poses computer skills.
  • Must poses basic math skills.
  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50lb's.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be team oriented.
  • Forklift certification required.
  • Bi-lingual preferred

  • Must be willing and able to work in / around consistently hot equipment and environments.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task.
  • Must be team oriented.
  • Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
  • Must possess basic math skills.
  • Proficiency with basic hand tools.
  • Knowledge of safe operating practices involved in the use of lock-out/tag-out programs and food safety.
  • Experience with general mechanic tools (Allen wrenches, screw drivers, etc.).
