Greet and assist customers while anticipating their needs. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages per brand standards. Prepares and stocks food and supplies to service levels and standards. Maintain clean and sanitary work areas, including break rooms and catering areas. Stock beverage cooler, grab-and-go items, coffee and tea refreshments, service ware, and condiments. Set up catering and event services according to client/customer requests and banquet event orders. Replenish Food and Beverage products during events. Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of food service areas during events. Pick up and clean up food and beverage deliveries after service.
