Summary: This position will assist the Corporate Legal Department team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain electronic files of pending legal matters
• Revise non-disclosure agreements
• Prepare drafts of documents such as service agreements, confidentiality agreements and other legal documents
• Conducts effective, thorough, and objective research, fact finding, due diligence, or investigations
• Prepares discovery requests and responses
• Support the corporate secretarial function, including assisting with meeting minutes, statements of written consent, corporate minute books, and other corporate records.
• Assists general counsel organizing and carrying out special projects as assigned
• Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, drafting correspondence, and organizing files
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Associates degree
• 2+ years of related experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Drafting legal documents
• AI skills/experience
