Paralegal - Darktrace : Job Details

In this role as a paralegal, you will work closely with Darktrace's Americas-based legal counsel and other members of the legal team, and with Darktrace's sales team. You will report into our Senior Legal Counsel located in New York City.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Reviewing, negotiating and drafting portions of MSAs, purchase orders, and NDAs, along with completing vendor forms and other ancillary customer documentation.Analyzing issues in and preparing responses to RFPs and RFIs.Contributing to the development and maintenance of playbooks and legal processes, particularly those relating to contracting.Responding to emails from Darktrace's sales team and other Darktrace employees in a thoughtful and timely manner.Organizing, populating and maintaining contract files and repositories.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient negotiation and execution of contracts.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.This role does not require a paralegal certification.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree from a top university, with a 3.4 GPA or higher.Hybrid work model; report to New York office 2-3 days a week.Strong work ethic, highly motivated and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Ability to work independently on a variety of projects, including managing and prioritizing multiple deadlines.Excellent communication skills, including both oral and written.Ability to execute high quality and consistent work while under pressure.Proactive in building relationships across teams and offices.Benefits:100% medical, dental and vision insurance, plus dependents.Paid parental leave.Pet insurance.Life insurance.Commuter benefits.401(k).Base salary: $70,000 - $80,000.#J-18808-Ljbffr
