Paralegal - Cullen and Dykman LLP : Job Details

Cullen and Dykman LLP is a full-service law firm that has been serving clients since 1850. The Albany office of Cullen and Dykman LLP is seeking an experienced Paralegal with a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience. The applicant must possess strong grammar, spelling, punctuation, proofreading, and writing skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
• Draft discovery demands and responses
• Examine document productions
• Maintain pleadings and discovery indices
• Maintain and organize case files
• Manage litigation calendars and logistics
• Help with hearing and trial preparation

Qualifications Sought:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Experience with New York State and Federal Court filing procedures and rules
• Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to self-prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced practice group
• Strong professional judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Availability to work overtime on an as-needed basis

Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
