Responsibilities:

- Be the main point of contact between the firm and clients, ensuring smooth communication.

- Gather case updates directly from clients.

- Review case information, identify gaps, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.

- Oversee daily operations of the firm's case funding database.

- Create reports and spreadsheets for data analysis.

- Focus on paralegal duties, case management, and portfolio management with a client-facing role.

Qualifications:

- Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in personal injury, mass torts, or premises liability.

- Associate or bachelor's Degree.

- Availability to work five days a week in our Miami Beach office.

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in Excel, including intermediate formulas and data analysis.
