About the job Paralegal (Personal Injury, Spanish Speaking) Job Title: Paralegal (Personal Injury, Spanish Speaking)Location: Onsite (NY)Experience: 2-3 yearsJob Description:We are currentlyseeking a talented and experienced Paralegal with a focus on Personal Injury law and proficiency in Spanish language. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and will join our dynamic legal team to provide support in all aspects of case management and client communication.Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
  • Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other attorneys in Spanish and English.
  • Maintain case files and organize documents for easy retrieval.
  • Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other third parties.
  • Assist in trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness lists.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and billing clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in Personal Injury law.
  • Proficiency in Spanish language, both written and verbal, is required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of legal research tools and software.
  • Familiarity with court procedures and filing requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
