Job Summary: Tryfacta is seeking a Paralegals and Legal Assistants for our client in Albany, NY 12207. This is a temporary contract assignment. If you meet the qualifications listed below and are interested, please Apply Now!Position Title: Paralegals and Legal AssistantsLocation: Albany, New York, NY 12207Duration: 2 years/24 months Work Schedule: M-F | 9.00 AM - 5.00 PMWork Schedule: M-F | 9.00 AM - 5.00 PMMode of Interview- Interview is not required, Offer will be awarded upon resume review only.Paralegal certification is mandatory Position can be fully remote with the exception of needing to report to the office to obtain and return equipment, for purposes of training, resolving equipment issues, and if/when operationally required.Candidates will not be required to work in office.The training period will run for approximately one month with the Paralegals becoming more involved in the process each week. The Paralegals are not required to report to the office for this period.Paralegal Requirements: Be professional and provide drafted decisions in the timeframe provided. Possess Paralegal Certification. Have a minimum of two years of experience providing complex clerical-level legal support services to an attorney. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills, an understanding of legal language and principles, and strong organizational and analytical skills. Maintain confidentiality and agree to non-disclosure agreements maintained by the Contractor and available for inspection by OTDA.
