Paraprofessional Support Position - Somerville Independent School District : Job Details

Full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year working as a para-educator. Must meet the following qualifications to obtain at least an Educational Aide I certificate and pass a thorough background check.

Educational Aide I requirements

* must be a high school graduate or hold a General Educational Development (GED) certificate

* have experience working with students or parents as approved by the employing superintendent

* Experience maybe work in church-related schools, day camps, youth groups, private schools, licensed day-care centers, or similar experiences.

* have toilet training for personal hygiene
