First Choice Health Centers is seeking a mission driven Clinical Supervisor to support our Parents as Teachers (PAT) program. The Clinical Supervisor coordinates grant-funded program and supervises the program team. The Supervisor is also responsible for assessing program performance and completing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

* The annual salary range for this position is $25 - $30/hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, certifications, etc.

Skills & Abilities Required:
* Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
* Knowledge of child abuse and neglect reporting statutes (mandated reporting)
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Bi-lingual language skills preferred.
* Having reliable transportation to conduct site visits
Experience and Training:
* A minimum of a bachelor's degree in at least one of the following; Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Human Services or a related field is required, with a Master's degree preferred.
* Must have a minimum of three (3) years of previous experience in program coordination.
* Must have at least one (1) year of management experience.
Standard Job Duties (not all-inclusive):
* Provides individual, group and site supervision to Home Visitation (HV) staff per program guidelines
* Ensures that program staff conducts and records program activities, as required by funding source
* Refers families to most appropriate program or outside resource; completes screens and/or assessments
* Oversees caseloads, case assignments and scheduling for HV staff, provides shadow visits if needed to ensure family's needs are being met.
* Assists Program Manager with initiating and maintaining collaborative relationships within the community
* Maintains accurate records and program data as required by agency and program
* Prepares and submits all required data, including program statistics, outcome and evaluation measures to the Program Manager
* Ensures accurate and timely completion of all client documentation , required research and program paperwork , statistics
* Plans and facilitates monthly group meetings for families to learn about child and family relationships and development
* Maintains contact with area resources and utilizes programs to obtain needed household items for client families
* Provides and updates psycho-educational materials that support parent-child interaction and child development
* Participates actively on community task forces and committees as assigned
* Suggests and assists in implementing strategies which positively impact service and workflow
* Will require travel. Employee must have access to personal transportation at all times.
