Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe Parker Store Representative is responsible for assisting the Parker Store Manager in the day to day activities of the Parker Store. This role will coordinate customer service, product applications, inventory control, order entry and account maintenance. The objective of the Parker Store Assistant is to provide customers with a positive and complete solution for their applications needs.RequirementsResponsibilities:

• Ensuring the quality Customer Service.
• Cordial greetings for walk in and phone conversations.
• Cleanly Store environment.
• Problem Solving/product applications.
• Timely Responsiveness.
• On time delivery.
• Inventory level maintenance in the Parker Store.
• Problem solving with technical expertise to ensure correct product application and placement.
• Seek out knowledge of current product offerings thru catalogs, product schools and hands on experience with current technical staff.
• Assist in building the strategic positioning of the store within the local market.
• Promote local knowledge of Store location and capabilities.
• Develop local MRO Accounts.
• Promote additional opportunities for Product Managers.
• Follow up with Product Managers on viable Walk in opportunities.
• Monitor pick up and delivery shelf to ensure on time delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Computer Based Business Systems
• 3 or More Years Technical Knowledge/Experience preferably with Hydraulics/Pneumatics.
• Technical Certification, College Degree in Related Field, or Equivalent Experience
