Parking Lot Attendant - ABM : Job Details

**Overview**The Parking Lot Attendant is responsible for the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.**Pay** : $15.64/HR**Shift:** Wed-Sun 4p to 12:30a**Essential Functions**+ Cleans and maintains parking garage and surrounding areas.+ Approaches and greets all customers in a friendly, professional manner+ Removes trash, cleans elevators and entrances, and paints deck floors and curbs.+ Removes cobwebs, clean signs, shutters, windows, and stairwells.+ Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems.+ Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.+ Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.**Responsibilities**+ Must keep supply closet neat and orderly and maintain equipment in good working order.+ Matches visitor ticket to parking rate schedule; collects proper payment from visitors and distributes correct change+ Requisitions supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.+ Immediately reports any accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead+ Responds to spills and other emergency situations, performing tasks necessary.+ Safely operate power equipment, as needed.**Qualifications**+ Must be 18 years of age or older.+ Must have minimum of 1 year of relevant cleaning experience.+ Must have a valid driver's license**Benefit Information:**ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package.
