Responsibilities:

  • Lead engaging activities promoting resident wellness
  • Support social interaction and independence in daily activities
  • Organize various events and leisure activities
  • Facilitate physical and educational programs
  • Foster community involvement and personal growth
  • Serve as a backup to the Receptionist

Minimum Qualifications:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • At least one year of related experience
  • Ability to pass a physical exam and criminal record review
  • Current training in Basic First Aid and CPR

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Special Skills:

  • Compassionate and energetic demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Lines of Supervision:

  • Reports to the Activity Director and Administrator
