Part-time Administrative Assistant

Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to support the Plant Director in our Ames plant. This role involves coordinating events, maintaining records and calendars, and providing general administrative support across multiple functional areas.
Responsibilities
+ Coordinate events, including scheduling meetings, team events, and trainings
+ Reserve conference rooms or venues, order food, and work with facility staff for event furnishings and other materials
+ Arrange travel, including any required documentation, and process expense reports
+ Organize Microsoft Teams meetings, Microsoft Teams Live events, and provide teleconference support
+ Prepare correspondences
+ Perform daily operations tasks as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
+ 1+ year of office/professional experience
+ Flexibility
+ Self-starter
Work Environment
This is a part-time position requiring 16 hours a week. Candidates can choose to work either 2 full days or 3 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
Please note, this role will not transition into a full-time position.
